Event Details

Since 2009, more than 500 brand marketers have graduated from WOMMA’s Online Certificate Program. Whether you are initiating a social marketing plan, need to educate your clients and staff, or need a refresher on the next and best practices in word of mouth marketing, WOMMA's online certificate program will provide you with the knowledge you need to maximize word of mouth and social media as part of an overall integrated marketing campaign.

Overview


The WOMMA Online Certificate Program is a three-week, online program designed to provide the basic principles of WOM and social media marketing. Each of the six sessions provides a focus in core areas of WOM and social media marketing. Each course requires student to successfully complete mandatory quizzes and review of selected reading material. Participants who successfully complete the program requirements receive a digital certificate of completion that can be added to their blog, website, or resume.

Program Goal


  • Obtain the basic principles of WOM both offline and online
  • Understand how to integrate marketing strategy with social media tactics across business segments
  • Develop thought leadership the result in industry best examples and next practices
  • Learn the latest research and measurement tools needed to track ROI
  • Prepare marketers to make ethical and sound decisions prior to executing social campaigns


Schedule


  • Classes will be held at a dedicated date and time, every Tuesday and Thursday beginning November 29, for one hour.
  • Class times: 9am Pacific | 11am Central | 12pm Eastern
